Prices and payment

Terms of payment are given in the chart depending on preference of shipping.

Return policy

You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to Customer service through email to: assistent@alveng.com, or standard mail to: Dag Alveng, Bispegata 16, 0191 Oslo, Norway.The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport. 

Transportation

We accept the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer service within 14 days. 
The freight cost will be included in the total price, and indicated in the shopping chart. Costs will depend on distance of shipping. Your products will be sent directly to your home address. Larger shipments have to be collected at your local post-office.
